Our ingredients are sourced locally as much as possible, mostly harvested from Alo Farms in Greenville, Michigan. The sauces are prepared right in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Wes Davis is a corporate chef and culinary strategist with years of experience designing menus, building kitchen systems, and leading culinary innovation for multi-concept restaurant organizations. As Corporate Culinary Manager for New Brands at Meritage Hospitality Group, Wes has helped develop restaurant concepts, optimize back-of-house workflows, and create culinary systems that balance creativity with operational efficiency.

Alo Farm, located in Greenville, Michigan, is a family-owned farm dedicated to growing chemical-free produce with a strong commitment to sustainability and health. Emphasizing natural farming practices, Alo Farm nurtures its crops without the use of harmful pesticides or synthetic chemicals, ensuring fresh and wholesome fruits and vegetables for the community. The name “Alo,” roughly translated from Latin, means to nourish, cherish, sustain, and support, perfectly reflecting the farm’s mission to provide nourishing food while caring for the land and supporting local families.
